Opening a bank account
| • | Certificate of incorporation; |
| • | Resolution in writing by Member of Council (to approve who will be account holders of account opened at Bank); |
| • | Memorandum of association; |
| • | Passport of account holders; |
| • | Account service registration form of bank. |
All those documentations shall be consular legalization and 2 sets of each.
